50+ followers?! Wow...I think this deserves a giveaway!

I just realized that I now have over 50 followers!  I am shocked; I am flattered;  I am (almost) speechless.  I started this blog as a way to record my feelings after losing Addie.  Writing comes so easily to me and always has been the most therapeutic activity I do.  I knew I NEEDED to do this, not just wanted to.  When I began I never imagined the amount of people I would meet and would touch my life.  I have found strength, not only within my family and friends, but also in the women I have met online.  Although we have never met in real life, I feel as though I know each of you better than some of my "real world" friends.  We all certainly share one huge thing in common...the club no one ever wants to join, but are thankful we have found each other.  I share in the triumphs and losses of women I've never met.  You all inspire me; you comfort me; you support me.  I am so thankful to have all of you in my life.

So this brings me to my giveaway.  Somehow I ended up purchasing 2 of the same Willow Tree statues, so I would like to offer one to another BLM.  This is the Willow Tree "Angel of Freedom" statue.  Its absolutely gorgeous.  I bought it because the angel is holding a butterfly.  I have often thought of Addison as a butterfly, especially after she passed away.  The first time I felt her move, it felt like fluttering wings.  I even wrote a poem called "The Path" featuring a butterfly.  Then, of course, I was so happy with her butterfly footprints.  She will always be my little butterfly.  Anyway, sorry about the rambling.  Here are a few pics of the statue.

So, if you are interested, please leave me a comment on this post.  I want to show my appreciation to all of you out there, who take the time to read a little about my life and share in the journey of this baby lost momma.  You really have no idea how much it means to me.  I will announce the winner Friday evening after 5pm eastern time.  Good luck to everyone and thank you again!!!

I have been wanting to purchase a willow tree angel, but i just cannot decide which one I want to get. I have never seen this one before, it is really nice. I, too have met some many women that have been such an encouragment to me. I found so much healing through being able to read other women's stories and know that i am not alone.

Congrats on 50 followers! You're doing an awesome job! I don't own any of the Willow Tree figures, but would like to. I bought my mom the Angel of Prayer figure when she was dignosed with breast cancer. They're beautiful!

Hooray for 50 followers!! I only have one of the willow tree statues and I got it when pregnant with M. I really want to get one to represent Jeremiah.

It has definately been a pleasure sharing this journey with you even though I wish we wouldn't have had to!!

By the way thank you for adding the butterfly button.

Hugs to you!

I have a few of the Willow Tree, but none to represent Kristen yet. I think they're beautiful. I want to say that I love reading your blog (which I do) But I would rather that neither one of us had to be here in the first place!
Hugs

Congrats on 50 followers! I am a newbie, and am glad to have found you, although wish we weren't in this boat. I have found, strength, support and guidance because we are, and I am grateful for that. This is a beautiful gift, and I am lucky to be able to participate. Thank you for your generosity in the opportunity to win!

Congrats on 50 followers! I just visited your blog for the first time after I saw you were a new follower on my blog. Thanks! I was so very touched to read about your precious Addison and the beautiful memorial boxes you are making in her honor.

Congrats on 50. I do not have any of the Willow Tree statues but always thought they were beautiful pieces. I have only been reading your posts for a few months since I am new to this blm community but your words have definitely been an inspiration to me and Addie must be so proud of the way you write about her and memorialize here through your boxes

Congrats on 50 followers!!! I too, have found such loving support from all of my online blog buddies. :) I really don't know what I would have done without them. Glad that you are one of them and thanks for hosting a giveaway to celebrate! I actually gave this figurine away for one of my giveaways, but never bought one for myself. It's just perfect to remember our babies.

I hope that I'm not too late to enter. This angel would be a beautiful addition to "Alexander's Space". Thanks for thinking of us. journeysofthezoo.blogspot.com
